Initiating the process of freeing the math/number challenged mind even if that person has well passed the school/college going age.

Understand how Bridge can be used as a pedagogical tool in rural and urban schools.

Discuss the case study of the Bridge-playing village of Raibidpura.


The participants (up to 20 per session) will be led through the intricacies of problem solving via predetermined situations of increasing complexity using cards.


Each participant should bring a pack of ordinary playing cards.

Speaker bio

Formally a math teacher, I now hold Bridge workshops for school students and adults across rural and urban India.

In response to the question about being the best person to be taking this session – I don’t know anyone else who is doing this.
