Objective

My journey of scaling Wingify from zero users to millions of dollars in revenue (within 2 years) will show how success doesn't necessarily require raising external funding from VCs or angels. I will share what worked for me, what didn't and why we never considered raising any funding.

Most importantly, I will talk about how YOU can do the same for your own startup dream or existing projects.

Description

An honest talk on my bootstrapped startup journey and the strategies, tips, tricks and perspectives that helped me create a successful product Visual Website Optimizer (a market leading A/B testing tool) and scale it to 2000+ paying customers across 50+ countries.

I believe in market-led approach to startup where one should pick ideas that are likely to succeed and make money, rather than trying to find a market for an idea generated in isolation.

This talk will be a detailed version of my approach to startups and how I applied it to my own startup (making millions of dollars along the way!).
