Objective

To Have an Open discussion on Why it is said that certain communities have Business in their blood? Does it mean others cant be businessmen / women?

Description

Certain communities of people in India enjoy the status of being Businessmen - or be it states, where they believe men and women grow up with Business in their blood. That kinda leaves the new generation, especially those who arent born in that parameters, rather stumped. Is it something to do with genetics, or is there something else, that makes certain communities of business leaders more successful than their counterparts.

In this debate, we will invite a few entrepreneurs (successful by some measure) - maybe even pick a few from the audience, and ask questions on what they mean by this. We dont plan to be politically correct, but at the sametime, we wont stand personal attacks - so dont worry to get yourself as part of the debate to get your views heard.

Afterall, whats an unconference without being able to speak your mind.

I think this should also cover us "intra-preneurs" bringing in a new era in family owned businesses around India.
