Ditch the workout and get fit while dancing ..it is, basically, just exercise in disguise.
A one hour power packed session of dance fitness.
Starting off with warmup and then, kicking into latin and bollywood rhythmic workout sessions to get ur body toned up, as well as, lift your spirits.
Laugh and dance- get into shape....what could be better????
A good sound system must be provided to play tracks and a raised platform to instruct on.
Attendees for the session should wear comfortable clothing preferably tess and tracks, shoes and socks a must, carry water bottles and hand towels.

Wilma is dance fitness instructor for more than 7yrs now and has experience working with all age groups (kids, preteens, teens & Adults. She is, also, a Certified Zumba Instructor and teaches hip hop, Jazz, Bollyfunk, Contemporary and latin dances as well.
