Objective

To learn guided meditation techniques so that you can start your own practice at home! I was wondering if TGPers would like to begin each day with a guided meditation session before the conference programme opens, so we start our day energised and focused.

Description

A simple, guided meditation session based on techniques such as breath awareness meditation, color meditation, loving-kindness meditation.

Speaker bio

Sheryl is a certified yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance USA. She lived in India for two years and trained at Ayuryoga-EcoAshram in Mysuru, India. She has taught meditation and yoga in Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand, and now hoping to bring her practice back to India.
