Objective

Understand the science behind community building and running good communities. Debate & learn from experienced people in the group.

Description

A lot of times, it feels like a “good community” just happens. These could be a physical community or a virtual community. There seems to be a huge luck factor in getting a good community going.
That said, seems like there is quite some scientific studies and material around this. The idea of this session is to discuss the key summary of that material and to argue on its effectiveness. The group is expected to share their experience in community building and to some extent, add to the science of community building.

Interesting, Pranay. Have you delivered this talk earlier? Do you have a slide deck so that we can understand details better?
